In order to strengthen mutual relation and maintain legal certainty between Mexico and Indonesia, our Firm established two types of cooperation: publicly and privately.
Previously, our Firm has been appointed by Mexican Embassy as the only Law Firm able to represent Mexican Nationals and Companies in Indonesia since 22 December 2016. This official appointment by the Mexican Embassy covers any legal issues regarding Mexican Nationals or Companies in Indonesia, specifically in public sector.
Furthermore, we have currently established a cooperation with a Mexican Law Firm, namely AG&B | Aguilera, Galindo & Brambina (“AGB”) on April 1st 2017. This cooperation covers any private matters between Indonesian Nationals or Companies and Mexican Nationals or Companies. On this cooperation, AMO acts as the legal representative of AGB in Indonesia, and AGB acts as legal representative of AMO in Mexico.
This cooperation may give abundant possibilities for economic and investment cooperation between both nations. This cooperation will provide and extensive support for Indonesian Nationals or Companies to conduct any activities in Mexico with the appropriate legal protection, and vice versa. Thus with the appropriate legal certainty and protection, we hope that this cooperation could encourage any possible business and/or investments that could give great contribution in economic growth for both nations.
