In order to strengthen mutual relation and maintain legal cooperation and to boost investment climate between Singapore and Indonesia, AM|Oktarina Counsellors at Law (“AMO”) have currently established a cooperation with a DesFran Investment Consultancy Service (“DesFran”), on June 19th 2017 a well known bussiness consulting firm from Singapore.
For more than a decade DesFran provides trusted licensing services in: AFS (Australia), CySEC (Cyprus), FCA (United Kingdom), FSPR (New Zealand), and IFSC (Belize), and etc. On this cooperation, AMO and DesFran acts as the partner of both Clients and covers any commercial and legal matters.
This cooperation may give abundant possibilities for legal protection,bussiness and investment cooperation between both firm. This cooperation will provide and extensive support for all our Clients to conduct any legal or bussiness activities with the appropriate legal protection, and vice versa.
Furthermore with the appropriate legal certainty and protection, we hope that this cooperation could encourage any possible business and/or investments that could give great contribution in economic growth for both nations.
