This Circular was made in order to break the chain of distribution of the 2019 Disease Virus corona (COVID-19) in the Jakarta, Bogor, Depok, Tangerang and Bekasi (Jabodetabek) regions.
The Ministry of Transportation of the Republic of Indonesia will place restrictions on residents in the Jabodetabek area, which are deemed necessary to impose restrictions on residents in the Jabodetabek area to travel out and / or enter the Jabodetabek area through several policies and / or as follows:
- Partial / Total Restrictions on Transportation Infrastructure Operational Analysis
- Partial / comprehensive restriction on operational means of transportation in the section of toll roads and national arterial roads
- Explain who can be subjected to Violations and temporary restrictions referred to in Circular Letter SE. 5 BTJK in 2020;
- Restrictions on local vehicles and local public transport still operate, and the restrictions are left to the respective local Regional Government; and
- Requests in preparing strategic steps to limit the activities of employees / employees in their institutions / offices so as to reduce the use of public transportation relating to the movement of people from another place in the Jabodetabek area;
This circular is effective from April 1, 2020 and until the revocation of the status of a state of emergency of plague caused by the corona virus in Indonesia by the National Disaster Management Agency.
