Benchmarking Infrastructure Development 2020 is an initiative of the World Bank’s Infrastructure Finance, Public-Private Partnerships (PPPs) & Guarantees (IPG) Group that benchmarks regulatory frameworks towards internationally recognized good practices for the preparation, procurement and management of large infrastructure projects.
Recently, A.M Oktarina Counsellors at Law (“AMO”) represented by Mr. Noverizky Tri Putra Pasaribu, S.H., LL.M (adv) as the Founding Partner of AMO and the Associates namely Aflah Abdurrahim, S.H., Irgi Alfian, S.H., and Nasfiahtul Istani Daely, S.H., became one of the selected contributors from Indonesia among the best names in the world of law firm that provided a legal perspective about Infrastructure Development 2020. AMO as one of growing law firm considers this as a very valuable and prestigious recognition.
AMO realized if the legal regulations relating to infrastructure development in Indonesia greatly affect the public welfare and economic prosperity in each country specifically in Indonesia which is in line with the vision of the Benchmarking Infrastructure Development 2020, initiated by the World Bank. AMO acknowledge to enhance the public investment regulations that facilitated the provision of fair and efficient infrastructure, the growth of economic infrastructure and economic development shall require an efficient and fair of the infrastructure provision contemplated by Indonesia Governement and Regulation.
In particular, Mr. Noverizky Tri Putra as the Founding Partner of AMO is awared that the right and effective infrastructure framework is the main driver to build a public awareness and to support government decision towards the policy.
