All will agreed that technological advances have changed. In recent years, legal industry also has major shifts in technology, and many of the advantages are especially apparent in the number of new products and services available to law firms. We are embracing these changes as opportunities and has seen a necessary and exciting approach to the reworking of legal setups.
With all that in mind, AM Oktarina Counsellors at Law is targeting to be the pioneer as a Law Firm who will be involved of legal technology in Indonesia. The mission of it has to do with services, and capabilities offered. We realized that the growth of the legal technology industry is a fundamental shift in how our services are built, and the resulting impacts we will have on the practice of law.
Up to this day, we are enabling cooperation between lawyer and information technology specialist to deliver services more effectively, we are providing Legal IT Service such as back tracking account, screening and data checking applications, compile and provide reports about account forgery, audit security systems and policies.
One of the recent case that we have been dealing with, was to protect the legal rights of the biggest financial technology company in Indonesia from digital infringement such as copyright or trademark on a website, social media platforms, e-commerce system and application. Our legal method focus on identifying the digital forensic on our client system and penetrating the perpetrator system.
Our legal method also focus on creating a digital warning to force the perpetrator system to be shut down entirely from the global system such as google, Facebook, Instagram, twitter, website hosting, etc. Furthermore we use the current practical system such as telecommunication law and other regulation to maximize the gravity of sanction impact by coordinating with the police. Hence, we have become a pioneer of such Legal IT Service and able to use the advancement of technology as the tools to improve the gravity of law enforcement.
